This notice describes how Magnum Opus Capital handles information submitted through this website.

Information submitted

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, accreditation self-certification, and optional qualification details. When a form is submitted, we also receive the initial landing path, referring website and campaign fields such as UTM source and campaign. We keep this attribution in browser session storage so it can follow a visit between pages. We do not include name or email in those attribution fields. Normal website operation also generates basic technical information.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, administer requested communications, evaluate requests for investor materials, maintain records, and meet applicable legal and compliance obligations. Inquiry details and attribution are routed to Investor Relations through our email service. A request for investor materials does not enroll you in the Letter unless you select the separate email consent. Attribution helps us understand which website visits lead to requests.

Website measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits and accepted investor requests separately from Letter subscriptions. Vercel Speed Insights measures how pages load and respond on visitor devices. Before those services receive a page URL, our code removes its query string and fragment. Our conversion events contain only the event name. We do not send names, email addresses, qualification details, campaign values or request reference IDs as event properties. Form details remain separate from this website measurement.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers to operate this website, manage communications, and support our business operations. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Choices and contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting clientservices@magnum-opus-capital.com. We may retain information where necessary for legal, compliance, or recordkeeping purposes.

Updates

We may update this notice as our practices or legal obligations change. The revised notice will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
